12. REFUND POLICY

At DreamZoneIndia Digital Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services through DreamZoneIndia Money (Wallet). However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund.

12.1 Service Cancellations: Refunds may be issued for services canceled before they have been rendered, subject to the specific conditions of the service purchased.

12.2 Duplicate Payments: In case of any duplicate transactions or erroneous payments, you may request a refund.

12.3 Failure to Deliver Service: If, for any reason, DreamZoneIndia fails to deliver the services promised, a refund may be issued after a thorough investigation.

12.4 Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized transaction has been conducted from your User Account, you may be eligible for a refund after verification by DreamZoneIndia.

12.7 Processing Time: Once verified, refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days]. The refund will be credited back to your bank account or as applicable, to your PPI wallet.

12.8 Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that certain charges, such as transaction fees and service charges, may not be refundable.
