The payment services shall include money transfer services. For the purpose of availing the Services, You will be required to register Yourself upon providing certain information. Upon verification and successful registration, Your user account ("User Account") will get created in the form of a mobile wallet through which You will be able to avail the Services.
Any personal information You supply to DreamZoneIndia when using the Services will be used by DreamZoneIndia in accordance with its privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") as available on the Website.

5.4 If you are not the bill payer for the internet services provided by the telecom operator/internet service provider being used to access the Services, You will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Services.

Further, you are advised to lodge a complaint (on www.DreamZoneIndia.co.in) regarding any unauthorized transaction from your PPI wallet.
5.6 You must only use the Services and anything available via the Services for lawful purposes (complying with all Applicable Laws), in a responsible manner, and not in a way that might damage DreamZoneIndia’s name or reputation or any of the affiliates or service providers.

6.4 PPI account cash loading limit will be Rs.50,000 per month.
6.5 Your PPI Account is reloadable in nature and the outstanding amount shall not exceed Rs 1 lac (1,00,000/-) at any point in time.
6.6 DreamZoneIndia provides you the necessary option to set your own limit of fund transfer.
6.7 Fund transfer limit for beneficiaries shall not exceed Rs 1 lac per month per beneficiary.
6.8 You can approach DreamZoneIndia to close your account and withdraw the amount lying in your user account. You need to raise a request to DreamZoneIndia to transfer the amount to your bank account. DreamZoneIndia shall verify the authenticity of the customer and the amount shall be paid directly to the bank account. Post withdrawal of amount DreamZoneIndia shall close the account.
6.9 Your correspondence or related activities with third parties, including payment transactions under the Services, are solely between You and that third party. You agree that DreamZoneIndia will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any of Your transactions with third parties.
